Appointment Information

One of the fundamental components of the InnerWorkings therapeutic approach is a comfortable, trusting relationship. To understand your needs, an initial complementary 30-minute phone consultation is available. The fee for psychotherapy is $125 for a 50 minute session. Autonomic Healing Activation (AHA) sessions are $600 for up to 7 hours after which there is a $100/hr prorated fee for additional time.  The average for an adult session is 4 to 6 hours. The initial AHA - Problem Solving session averages 1.5 to 2 hours at $125.00 per hour. AHA-PS and AHA - Spiritual Formation sessions average one to 2 hours at $125.00 per hour.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday:  8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Alternative weekend appointment times are available upon request.

Insurance

To protect your confidentiality and allow our work together to progress effectively, I do not take insurance.  If you would like to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company, I do provide  documentation including a financial statement. Currently available Procedural Terminology and ICD-10 diagnosis codes utilized by insurance carriers are limited to increasingly outdated modalities. As AHA, AHA-Problem Solving and AHA-Spiritual Formation are an emerging means of facilitating well-being there are no applicable insurance codes currently available. If your insurance is underwritten through a government program such as Medicare or Medicaid, mental health services are limited to Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Cash, check, major debit/credit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment.  If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify Tom at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a rescheduling fee.
